Subscription
Cancelling and switching plans happen in the store account you subscribed with — iPhone and iPad subscriptions in the App Store, Android ones in Google Play. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Want to subscribe or upgrade? Plans can't be bought on this website. Open LottaLou on your phone, go to Settings and tap your plan.
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account.
Delete account
Permanently erase your account, the journals you created and everything in them. Before anything is deleted you will see exactly which journals are affected and who loses access.

This permanently erases your account and its data. It cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Each journal you created, including all entries in those journals
- Every recording, transcript and photo in those journals
- All private entries you added to other people's journals
- Your profile, name and profile photo
To keep a journal alive for them, ask someone else to start their own before you delete.

Your account has been deleted
Your account and the journals you created are gone. If you had a paid subscription, remember to cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not stop it.
